Dinner's On

Dinner is a great time to sit around and share your day with others.
Take a break now and learn how to get a meal together with little effort.

Defrost 4 chicken breasts
Prepare a mixture of 1/2 cup flour, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic, to taste, on a plate.
Coat both sides of chicken in flour mixture and set aside.
Place a large pan on the stove. Pour white wine on the bottom, enough to coat so that the tip of a spoon is covered.
With the heat turned to medium, place the chicken breasts in and place a lid on the pan.
Cook on one side for at least 7 minutes, flip to other side.
The chicken cooks quickly. If you feel more comfortable, use a termometer to test the readiness.
Serve chicken with a side of rice and your favorite vegetable.
